All types of Traditional and Period Extensions: Loft Conversions and Alterations to Cut and Trussed Rafter Roofs: Refurbishment and Renovations: Conservatories and External Landscaping: Conversions to form Annex or other Habitable Accommodation: Barn Conversions: Garages, Driveways and Boundary Walls: New House Building.   We of course hold and maintain Insurance Policies covering Public and Products Liability: Employer's Liability: Contractors All Risks: Professional Indemnity: and work in compliance with current Health and Safety Regulations.   Our Service to you, from your initial enquiry, is to provide a Free of Charge with no obligation, detailed comprehensive and easy to understand quotation of your proposal.  To deliver on this concept we use one of the leading construction CAD software applications, which also allows us to reduce the normal return time scale associated with a quotation. We at The Lavelle Building Company are also able to offer a complete "Concept to Completion" - Design and Build Service offering:- Advise/Discuss the proposal and provide Build Cost Estimate: Prepare Planning and Building Regulation drawings for submission to the Local Authority, with Engineering Design as required and act as your Agent throughout. Undertake the construction and management of the project in conjunction with a House Holder Agreement, or more formal, Small Works Building Contract and act independently as Contract Administrator.
